Injury Treatment
A treatment dedicated to injuries and muscular
pain. We will endeavour to understand the reason why the injury has
taken place, examine and assess the injury, and then advise on the
best treatment and exercise for the specific injury. Treatment will
then commence, together with an exercise programme, so as to get
you back to full fitness in the quickest possible time.
Personal Exercise Therapy
Personal exercise therapy are one to one sessions targeting
specific weak area's resulting from injury or general fitness.
Whether you have had long or short term injuries or weakness, or
you want general help with your training and strengthening to
improve your performance. The sessions will take place in a fully
equipped studio, with shower facilities.
Body Maintenance / Massage
A sports massage is important for achieving and
maintaining muscular and joint flexibility, increasing performance
and reducing the risk of injury. Massage sessions should form a
serious part of your training and will be tailored to the
individual, wheather they are a top athlete or not.
