Injury Treatment

A  treatment dedicated to injuries and muscular pain. We will endeavour to  understand the reason why the injury has taken place, examine and assess the  injury, and then advise  on the best treatment and exercise for the specific injury.  Treatment  will then commence, together with an exercise programme, so as to get you back  to full fitness in the quickest possible time.

 

Personal Exercise Therapy

Personal  exercise therapy are one to one sessions targeting specific weak area’s  resulting from injury or general fitness. Whether you have had long or short  term injuries or   weakness,  or you want general help with your training and strengthening to improve your  performance. The sessions will take place in a fully equipped studio, with  shower facilities.

 

Body Maintenance / Massage

A sports  massage is important for achieving and maintaining muscular and joint  flexibility, increasing performance and reducing the risk of injury. Massage sessions should form a serious part of your training and will be tailored to the individual, wheather they are a top athlete or not.

 

James Bamford

Is  an injury and exercise movement specialist, and is the founder of the  Body Mechanics company, which  specialises in treating muscular-skeletal injuries and biomechanical  dysfunction using manual therapy techniques such as massage, articulation and  passive stretching. Striving forward with innovative functional and corrective exercise solutions  for rehabilitation and performance.

Hunts County Gym

The Pavilion Incorporates a top quality Gym, designed and equipped by Nautilus to satisfy the requirements of both the serious sports competitor and those just looking to improve and maintain their own levels of fitness.

The Gym is quiet (access is restricted to gym members only), efficient and has enough pieces of Nautilus gym equipment to satisfy the most demanding users.

Professional Trainers are on hand to carry out each members induction, to ensure that the correct equipment is used and that no-one tries to use equipment incorrectly.

Opening Times

Monday to Friday  7am – 11pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am – 10pm

Off Peak times

Mon to Friday 7am - 6pm / 9pm – 11pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm / 7pm – 10pm
